Olsztyn is the capital of the Warmia and Mazury province and its largest city. It is located in north-eastern Poland. Since its foundation in 1353, the history of Olsztyn spans more than 650 years.
The city's greatest allure lies in its unique location, as it is surrounded by forests and lakes. The borders of Olsztyn hold several lakes and one of the largest parks in Europe – the Town Forest. To emphasize these assets, Olsztyn's promotional strategy emphasizes its “garden city” facet.

The nearest airports with a good air connections with a number of European cities are located in: Gdańsk (160 km north of Olsztyn), Warsaw (210 km south of Olsztyn), which in every case are up to two hours by train connection or by express road car travel.

Kortowo University Campus
The conference will be held at University Campus - Kortowo (see Google Maps), which is one of a kind campus which agglomerates the majority of the university's educational buildings and hall of residence. Additionally, it is situated in the picturesque nature landscape, by Kortowskie Lake.
One month before conference the organizers will provide all the participants with specific information how to travel best by train from every airport to Olsztyn.
