- The conference will be held at University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Faculty of Economic Sciences (conference venue - Centrum Ekspozycyjne Stara Kotłownia, ul. Prawocheńskiego 9, Olsztyn - see Google Maps). Depending on the current pandemic situation, the conference will take place in a traditional stationary mode, hybrid or only online form. The decision on the final form of the conference will be made a few weeks before the conference date.

The condition of participation in the conference is to fill the online application form (in Registration section), submit the conference copyright declaration and pay the conference fee. In order to register a structured abstract of the article prepared in abstract template in Word file [available in download section] in English along with key words and JEL classification (http://www.aeaweb.org/jel/guide/jel.php) must be uploaded. The abstract should be prepared according to the formula: Name Author, Title in English, keywords, JEL Classification, the content of the abstract in English, compulsory structure of the abstract: Research background / Purpose of the article / Methods / Findings & Value added. Maximum length of the abstract: 300 words in total. After registration, participants will receive via e-mail confirmation of successful registration to the conference. Accommodation, transportation to Olsztyn, Poland and any other costs are excluded from the participation fee.

The participants will receive electronically an invoice for the registration fee. Invoices will be issued at the end of the month for payment made in a given month. After receiving an electronic invoice participants are asked to transfer it immediately to the accounting department of their university.

The conference will be held in English. The participants should prepare a 10 minute presentation using PowerPoint and send it to the organizers in advance in order to ensure the smooth speeches during the session. In the conference program only submitted presentations will be included. The deadline for submitting the presentation before the conference is 1 June 2023.

Program Outline in the case of traditional stationary conference:
Thursday from 8 a.m. till 10 a.m. conference registration conference venue - Centrum Ekspozycyjne Stara Kotłownia, ul. Prawocheńskiego 9.
The conference will begin in the morning of Thursday in Centrum Ekspozycyjne Stara Kotłownia, ul. Prawocheńskiego 9 (see Google Maps)with a plenary session at about 10 a.m., followed by parallel sessions until about 4 or 5 p.m. The day will end with a Conference Dinner.

Friday will be devoted to parallel sessions starting at 10 a.m. to about 2 or 3 p.m.
The conference organizers negotiated for conference participants the possibility of booking a hotel room in Best Western Plus Hotel Olsztyn Old Town on special terms.
Price for one hotel night on June 28 and June 29:
Double room with breakfast - PLN 320 per hotel day
Single room with breakfast - PLN 280 per hotel day
