• 30^th January 2025 - deadline for early online registration by filling out the registration form located in Registration section and submission of abstract.

• 10^th February 2025 - notification of abstract acceptance.

In the case of a positive review and good publishing cooperation with the authors, the authors of the texts submitted within the first deadline (see the calendar) have a chance to publish their articles in 2025 and before the conference in the journals: Equilibrium. Quarterly Journal of Economics and Economics Policy 2025, Issue 1 and 2 and Oeconomia Copernicana 2025, Issue 1 and 2. However, due to the reviewing process, the organizers do not guarantee that all the positively evaluated articles will be published before the conference.

• 20^th February 2025 - deadline for transfer of conference fee for early registration participant.

• 10^th March 2025 - deadline for paper submission for early registration participants. The deadline is set both for submissions of short papers for Proceedings and long versions of articles for journals. Deadline for sending high quality scan of signed copyright declaration.

• 20^th March 2025 - deadline for late online registration by filling out the registration form located in Registration section and submission of abstract.

• 15^th April 2025 - deadline for transfer of conference fee for late registration participants

• 1^th June 2025 - deadline for multimedia presentation submission. The submission of conference presentation is a condition for inclusion of a participant in the conference program.
