Submitted articles cannot be previously published, cannot be the subject of qualifying for publication in any other journal or publication.
- In conference publications only articles in high quality English are published. The prerequisite for the processing of the article is its high English language quality.

In the planned publication (information on publication tracks is available in Conference publications section) only articles that will meet the editorial requirements (Formatting template – short papers for Proceedings; Formatting template – long papers for Journals) and will have positive reviews will be published. The criteria for the classification of the long version of the article to a given scientific journal are: the quality of the English language, article reviews, consistency of articles topics with the profile of journal, acceptance of the editorial board of the journal.

The articles which will be considered for reviewing process must meet the editorial requirements and should be formatted in accordance with the templates placed in the "Downloads" section (Formatting template – short papers for Proceedings, Formatting template – long papers for Journals) and correct in terms of language and style. The short versions of the articles that do not meet the editorial and language standards will be not published in Conference Proceedings.

Authors should submit an electronic version of the article via e-mail to:
This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . With the article the author should send scan in PDF file of signed copyrights declaration for publication of abstract in Conference Abstract Book and short papers in Proceedings.
- To the electronic version original files with figures (in Excel format) and drawings should be attached.

In the case of the long version of the article for journal participants will receive reviews via e-mail after the conference to the address given in the application form with publication proposal in a given journal. After receiving the reviews authors will have four weeks to submit revisions identified by reviewers and send it back for publication.

After final acceptance of the long version of the article for publication in the Journal authors sign the copyright declaration for a given journal, which is the final formal condition for publication of the article.
