Cost

The participation fee for Polish participants is 1 200 PLN; for non-Polish participants is 250 EUR is payable by means of bank transfer, paid on the basis of a pro forma invoice, which will be sent to the participant by e-mail along with the acceptance of the abstract. The deadline for transferring the conference fee is December 30, 2022 for early registration participants and March 15, 2023 for late registration participants. After that date for non-Polish participants on special request, participation is possible at a walk-in participation fee (in the case of traditional stationary form of the conference), payable in cash on site during conference registration. In that case the participant must contact the organizers with this respect via e-mail.
All the conference events (in the case of traditional stationary form of the conference), conference diner, plus lunch and coffee-breaks on both conference days, as well as conference publication (conference abstract book with ISBN number, e-books containing short papers with ISBN, ISSN and DOI number) are included within the participation fee. In the case of qualifying a long article for publication in one of the scientific journals, there is an additional fee applied by the journal. In the case of long papers accepted for publication in Oeconomia Copernicana or Equilibrium the conference participation fee covers only the submission fee for the journal article (Article Publication Charges - Submission fee). If the article is accepted for publication by a given journal, the author is obliged to cover the final publication fee applied by the given journal (Article Publication Charges - Publication fee).
Accommodation, transportation to Olsztyn and any other costs are excluded from the participation fee.
Details for the bank transfer of participation fee - pro forma e-invoice will be sent to every participant with the notification of abstract acceptance. The invoice, which is the final accounting document confirming the payment, will be sent to the participant by e-mail. The participant is obliged to transfer the received bill to his accounting unit for payment settlement.
